Real-Time Feedback in Swimming Exercises Using Embedded Devices in Water
Wearable technology is increasingly used in sports for real-time movement tracking. This project presents a wearable system that uses MPU6050 sensors placed on the arm to capture accelerometer and gyroscope data. Using Dynamic Time Warping, each stroke is compared to ideal motion patterns, and the device gives instant vibration feedback when a stroke is incorrect. With Wi-Fi connectivity, coaches can monitor swimmers in real time while athletes receive immediate guidance to improve technique and performance.
